Suggested Use:

Directions: Shake well before use. Crystal like sediment may appear, and is completely natural. Take 1 dropper, two times a day. Dropper should appear half full. Drop liquid under tongue and allow 20-30 seconds for absorption, then swallow. Best when taken directly following a meal.
