RECOMMENDED USE: As a dietary supplement, the maximum recommended serving is 3 REDLINE(R) BLACK ON BLUE V.2 capsules. However, begin use with one to two REDLINE(R) BLACK ON BLUE V.2 capsules daily to assess tolerance. Never exceed three total capsules daily or in a single dose. As a dietary supplement, take REDLINE(R) BLACK ON BLUE V.2 capsules upon awakening.

Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery.

Do not consume synepherine or caffeine from other sources, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine. One Serving of Redline Black on Blue provides 275 mg of caffeine which is less than three cups of coffee.
