Suggested Use:
Directions: Take Red Complete once or twice daily, with 8-12 oz of water or juice. 1 scoop for adults, 1/2 scoop for children. Reds Complete is also great for adding to delicious smoothies, or add to hot water for a fruity cup of tea.
