Directions for use
For relaxation: During times of high stress, take one (1) capsule of RelaXitrol.
For sleep: Start by assessing your tolerance with one (1) capsule of RelaXitrol 30 minutes prior to sleep. For maximum effect, the recommended serving is three (3) capsules on an empty stomach. Take RelaXitrol for a maximum of 5 consecutive days before taking 2 days off. Do not exceed more than three (3) capsules per day. For best results, allow for 6-8 hours of sleep after consuming and combine with a proper nutrition & training program.

Do not take this product if you are at risk or are being treated for any pre-existing medical condition including but not limited to: high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, seizure disorder, psychiatric disease or disorders, diabetes, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement or if you are taking an MAO inhibitors (MAO).

Discontinue use and consult your health care professional if you experience any adverse reaction to this product. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery.
