Suggested Use:

Directions: Do not take undiluted. Place 1/4 tsp (1.25 mL) to 1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) in a liter (33.8 oz) of water and consume in one sitting or drink throughout the day. If you are new to the formula take the lesser amount and gradually build up your dose. Do your research and ask your health care provider about increasing your dose. May be taken with or without food.
