Directions: Do not take undiluted. Place up to one 3/4 teaspoon (3.7 ml) serving in a liter (33.8 oz) of water, and consume in one sitting or throughout the day. For optimum results, up to two (3/4 teaspoon) servings may be consumed daily in the same manner. If you are new to this formula, please divide the dose and build up slowly over several days.
