Directions for use: Take 1 Replesta wafer once weekly (every seven days) for 8 weeks or as directed by your health care practitioner. After completing the 8 weeks, continue with a maintenance dose of vitamin D or as directed by your health care practitioner. Wafers must be chewed or crushed. Do not swallow whole wafers.

Use only under medical supervision: Replesta is for the dietary management of vitamin D deficiency. Each chewable wafter contains 50,000 IU vitamin D3.
