Suggested Use:

Directions: Adults, as a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule four to six times daily, preferably with meals.

Warnings:

Tamper Evident: Do not use this product if imprinted foil seal under cap is broken or missing.

Caution: If you are pregnant or nursing do not take this product.

Contraindicated in those with hypercalcemia. Those with renal failure or liver failure should exercise caution in the use of shark cartilage.
