Suggested Use:
As an adult dietary supplement, mix one heaping scoop (30.5 grams) with 12 to 16 ounces of water 30 to 60 minutes prior to exercise/athletic event. For advanced athletes, a second serving may be taken immediately following the event. On non-workout days, take one heaping scoop immediately upon waking.

If you are on any prescription medication of under a physicians care, consult with your physician before taking this product. Some with a high sensitivity to Beta Alanine may experience a tingling sensation and a flushing of the skin. If this occurs, stop taking the product.
