Directions for Slimquick Pure
Slowly pour 1 powder packet (3.3 g) into 16.9 oz (500 ml) of cold water and stir until dissolved. If added to a full bottle of water, take a few sips prior to adding content, close and shake. Take with food. For the first day take one serving in the morning and one serving in the afternoon. For the second day take two servings in the morning and one serving in the afternoon. Day three onward consume two servings in the morning and two servings in the afternoon Do not exceed 4 servings in a 24-hour period. Slimquick Pure Extra Strength Drink Mix should be used in conjunction with a reduced-calorie diet and regular exercise program. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.

Consult a physician before using this product if you have been treated for, diagnosed with, or have a family history of any other medical condition, including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, glaucoma, high cholesterol or triglycerides, detrusor instability, or osteoporosis; or if you are taking medications for these conditions or any other prescription/ over-the-counter medication/supplement.

One serving of this product contains the amount of caffeine equivalent to 1.25 cups (125 mg/serving) of coffee. Limit the use of other caffeine-containing sources such as coffee, tea, or energy drinks. Discontinue use and immediately inform a physician if you experience chest pain, dizziness, headache, nausea, irregular heartbeat, tremor, or other symptoms; or if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as abdominal pain, dark urine, or jaundice (yellow skin or eyes). Consult a physician for use beyond 13 consecutive weeks. Use only as directed. Do not exceed the recommended serving as improper use does not enhance results. Do not use if packet has been opened.
