Directions:
Adults: (13 years and older) Chew one (1) tablet thoroughly before meals or before eating snacks containing carbohydrates. Do not exceed 6 tablets per day or 2 tablets per meal.
Children: Ages 7-12 years: Chew one (1) tablet thoroughly before meals or before eating snacks containing carbohydrates. Do not exceed 3 tablets per day or 1 tablet per meal.
