Suggested Use:

Suggested Use: Mix 1 rounded scoop daily (approx. 5g) with 10-12 oz of water or your favorite beverage and drink immediately. If you feel stomach discomfort reduce the dosage by half. This product may be taken in two separate half scoop (approx. 2.5g) servings twice daily. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Use Super Colon Cleanse about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time. Children (6-12 years): one third (approx. 1.65 g) the adult dosage.
Suggested use for better results: Add fiber to your daily cleansing regime with our Every Day Fiber or Original Colon Cleanse
