Suggested Use:

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement take one (1) or two (2) capsules twice daily with food, one dose in the AM and one in the PM.
Do not exceed more than four (4) capsules in any 24 hour period of time. This product should be used in cycles lengths lasting 4-8 weeks maximum, with an 8 week or longer off cycle.
