CBD is a very unique ingredient, in that it works with very small amounts. Certain effects can be met with as little as a few milligrams, so it is best to start with a small dose and slowly increase as needed. Taking too much was actually shown to lessen the effect of the ingredient.
For half dose (5 mg), cut a CBD strip in half.
For a quarter dose (2.5 mg) cut a CBD strip into quarters.
