Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule up to twice per day, preferably 30 to 45 minutes before a meal or exercise. Due to the potent nature of this product, start out taking 1 capsule per day to assess tolerance. Space dosages out at least 4 to 6 hours apart. Do not take within 4 to 6 hours of desiring to go to sleep.
