Directions for use - Read warnings before consuming
Take 1-2 capsules on an empty stomach upon waking with water. If required, take an additional 1-2 capsules 4-6 hours later with water. To assess tolerance, for the first 7 days consume 1 capsule upon waking with water and 1 capsule 4-6 hours later with water.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.

Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath.
