Suggested Use:

DIRECTIONS: Measure 1 level tablespoon (5g) in 6 FL OZ of water, stir until dissolved.

Warnings:

If you are taking weight loss medications, asthma medication, anorectic medication (appetite-suppression drugs), antidepressants, MAO inhibitors, cardiovascular medication, or are otherwise under the care of a physician, consult your physician before taking this product.

Avoid the use of antacids containing aluminum with this product. Thermo Java may cause nervousness or insomnia. If such symptoms persist, reduce or discontinue use.
