Experienced Use: 2 Capsules 2x Daily with Meal
Directions:
Initial Use: Consume 1 capsule 15 minutes before or with a meal.
Regular Use: Consume 1 capsule two times per day, 15 minutes before meals or with a meal.
Experienced User Use: Consume 2 capsules two times per day, 15 minutes before meals or with a meal.

Warnings:

Do not take on an empty stomach. Avoid taking before bedtime and do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24 hour period. For best results, use for 60 days in combination with diet and exercise. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to avoid dehydration.
