This product is for adults only. This product contains approximately 200 mg of naturally occurring caffeine from green tea. When taking this product do not consume anything else which contains caffeine or other stimulants. Do not take this product if you have a sensitivity to caffeine or extra caffeine or anything that has a stimulating effect. If this product or any other product does not agree with you, immediately stop using them. Do not take this product or any dietary supplement or product or change your diet or start any exercise program without first consulting your physician.

Before taking this product, especially note to you physician if you have any medical conditions and/or are taking any drug or any medications.

Do not exceed 3 capsules in a 4-hour period. Do not exceed 6 capsules daily. Do not take 6 hours before bedtime.
