Directions: Adults and children 12 years of age and older: During the initial 9 to 12 week period, take 1 capsule three (3) times a day with food. After 9 to 12 weeks, take 1 capsule two (2) times a day with food as a dietary supplement or as directed by a physician. Children under 12 years of age: Consult physician.
