Directions: Adults and children 12 years of age and older: During the initial 30 day period, take 1 caplet two times a day with food. After 30 days, take 1 caplet in the morning with food as a dietary supplement or as directed by a physician. Children under 12 years of age: Consult physician.
For better results, take 1 caplet three times a day with food for four days and then take 1 caplet two times a day with food for three days as a dietary supplement.
