Exceeding recommended serving will not improve results and may cause serious adverse health effects. Discontinue use and call a health care professional immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, tremors, dizziness, severe headache, shortness of breath, or similar symptoms.

Limit the use of caffeine containing medications, food, and beverages while taking this product.

Do not use with alcohol. Do not use during strenuous activity in high temperature conditions. Always consult a physician before starting any diet or exercise program. This product is not suitable for sleep.
